Project Description:

Peter is a second year resident at the Department of Prosthodontics, Semmelweis University, participating in the 24-month clinical PhD fellowship program. Currently he is working on a meta-analysis on monolithic zirconia single implant restorations compared with metalceramic ones. His second project is another meta-analysis about the comparison of platform-switching and platform-matching concepts. His results can help in adding evidence-based knowledge and facilitating clinical-decision making for clinicians aiming function, aesthetics and high patient satisfaction. His additional goal is the create proof-of-concept studies in the field of digital implant prosthodontics. Peter is also taking part in the education of dental students on the field of Prosthodontics in Hungarian and English language.
