Project Description:
Anett is a first-year PhD student, who is interested mainly in andrology. She is currently working on two meta-analyses. One of them aims to summarize the risk factors associated with increased sperm DNA fragmentation, thus decreased fertility. The other meta-analysis investigates interventions that could decrease sperm DNA fragmentation. She plans on doing a third meta-analysis on drugs that alter sperm DNA fragmentation in any way. She is conducting a posthoc analysis on non-palpable testicular tumors’ testes-sparing surgeries. Lastly, she will also take part in the improvement of surgical treatments of infertile men via artificial intelligence software.
