Project Description:
Ádám is a resident doctor in urology and he is also participating in a the Translational Medicine PhD program. He is currently working on his first meta-analysis where he is assessing the prognostic significance of serum PD-L1 and serum PD-1 in human malignancies treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Since immune checkpoint inhibitor usage is emerging in urology in his second meta-analysis, he is going to investigate the prognostic and predictive values of different laboratory markers in urothelial cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Ádam also plans to create a retrospective cohort analysis assessing the prognostic significance of serum PD-L1 in Upper Tract Urothelial Cancer patients.
